In this episode we look at luxurious accessories, from perfumes and handbags, to diamonds and shoes coveted by the rich and famous. Diamonds are said to be a girl’s best friend, and a recent exhibition highlighted the links between iconic film divas and the diamonds they made their own. The exhibition included the famous Moon of Baroda, a 24.04 carat, canary yellow diamond worn by Marilyn Monroe in the promotional campaign for Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.
