The Prince of Wales once famously called French jewelry house Cartier “a jewel to kings, and a king of jewels’”, and there is no better symbol of timeless luxury than a diamond by Cartier. Louis, Pierre and Jacques Cartier were the grandsons of the founder of Cartier Diamonds; and were integral in establishing the brand worldwide. Louis in particular, is perhaps best known for his timepieces, having created the world’s first wristwatch.
