QHow do I cancel my subscription to SuperPass subscription?
A From customer support form please select (a) Product: Standalone Subscription > Paid > RealPlay SuperPass and then (b) Category: Billing Question. We will process your cancellation request as quickly as possible.
QI forgot my Real ID and password. How can I retrieve them?
AIf you have forgotten your Real ID (your e-mail address), you must send us your information such as name, postal code and/or address via customer support form in order to retrieve your Real ID. If you have forgotten your password only, you can reset your password through clicking Have you forgotten your password? link in My Account page Just follow instructions to reset your password.
QCan I change my ID and password?
AYou can change your password via Have you forgotten your password? link in My Account page. Your Real ID created using your e-mail address cannot be changed.
